Rules on Association Dues

●  Association dues are payable by the end of the Annual Meeting, which is in May.

●  The HOA board, acting on behalf of the association, reserves the right to place a lien on a delinquent homeowner’s property and initiate foreclosure proceedings.

●  The initial annual assessment is $100.

• Temporarily increased to $200 to account for Road Repavement Project.
   

Rules on Building Structures

●  There shall be no mobile homes placed on your lot.
